These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InflaScore iOS application and related website (collectively, "the App" or "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using InflaScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InflaScore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InflaScore is a wellness and lifestyle tracking application for iOS that helps you:

• Log daily lifestyle data across six dimensions: diet, sleep, movement, stress, supplements, and hydration.
• Calculate a lifestyle score based on your logged data.
• View daily summaries, exports, and trend charts over time.
• Optionally import selected sleep and workout data from Apple Health when you grant permission.

The App is designed as a local-first experience. We do not provide user accounts or custom server-side storage for personal wellness logs.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Specifically:

• The lifestyle score is a behavioral indicator based on your self-reported or imported lifestyle data. It does not measure actual inflammation levels in your body.
• The App does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical assessments.
• Information provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions regarding a medical condition or before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked within the App.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health, Health data is used to help populate your daily logs and summaries. Health permissions are optional and can be changed in Apple Health or iOS Settings. You are responsible for reviewing imported data and deciding whether it should be part of your InflaScore log.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

InflaScore may offer paid Pro features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, included features, and trial availability, if any, are shown in the App before purchase.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

6. Beta and TestFlight Use

Beta versions may include unfinished features, bugs, changing behavior, and temporary test content. Do not rely on beta versions as your only record of important information.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use InflaScore. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a user of InflaScore, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of the data you enter, import, or keep in the App.
• Decisions you make based on the information displayed by the App.
• Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
• Consulting a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or before making health-related decisions.
• Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Exports

If you export data from InflaScore, you are responsible for protecting any exported files and deciding where they are saved or shared.

10. Intellectual Property

The InflaScore application, including its name, design, user interface, graphics, algorithms, text, and related materials, is the intellectual property of the App's creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App's name, branding, or design for any commercial purpose without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Use the App to provide medical advice or clinical services to others.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

InflaScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InflaScore and its creator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the App or website.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, where permitted by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's creator resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
