What goes into the score

The score combines six daily dimensions that are easy to notice and adjust:

  • Diet quality and the balance of anti-inflammatory, neutral, and pro-inflammatory choices.
  • Sleep duration and subjective sleep quality.
  • Movement, including walking, training, yoga, or other physical activity.
  • Stress load, from calm to overwhelmed.
  • Optional supplement habits such as fish oil, vitamin D, magnesium, or probiotics.
  • Hydration against your daily water target.

How to use the score well

Use the number as a reflection tool. One low day is not a failure, and one high day is not proof of perfect health. The value comes from watching trends over days and weeks, then asking which habits moved with your energy, digestion, skin, recovery, or focus.
